Isurus is not a minimum-viable port. It’s the full stack: code hosting, review, issue tracking, CI/CD, releases, SSO, analytics, and admin tooling — one consistent experience across all three first-class version control systems.
Repositories
Clone, pull, and push over HTTP and SSH using each VCS’s native protocols — Git, Mercurial, and Fossil all first-class. File tree, diff, blame, history, tags, branches, bookmarks & check-ins in the web UI, plus README rendering, file search, syntax highlighting, built-in LFS, and one REST API vocabulary regardless of VCS. (Git also serves Jujutsu / jj.)
Import & convert
Bring an existing Git repository onto your tenant — and convert it to Mercurial on the way in, if that’s where you want it. Credentials encrypted at rest and zeroed after import; full history preserved; Git branches mapped (main → default). Import one branch or all, or snapshot to start clean. Runs on your CI agents with live logs and retries.
Issues
A full issue tracker — hierarchical labels (inherit from instance, override at org or repo), issue templates, multiple assignees, pinned issues, a three-state workflow, auto-linking cross-references across repos, closes/fixes/refs keywords, timeline events, filtering, sorting, and search.
Pull requests
Review code the way your team actually works: unified diff view with inline comments, required reviewers, status checks from CI, auto-links to referenced issues, and merge via the UI or a direct push — your call.
CI/CD pipelines
Pipelines in YAML (.isurus-ci.yml), run by agents on your infrastructure. Docker and Incus executors, per-step timeouts, retries, parallel steps, encrypted secrets scoped to org or repo, service containers, artifact publishing, tag-triggered releases, webhooks with one canonical payload shape across all three VCSs, live log streaming, and self-upgrading agent fleets.
Releases
Tag, publish, and distribute: draft releases, scheduled publication, prereleases, file attachments with download counts, auto-publish from CI pipelines, and release notes rendered from Markdown.
SSO & identity
Enterprise identity from the admin UI: OIDC (Google, Microsoft, Okta, Keycloak, custom) and SAML 2.0, configurable attribute mapping, invite-only or auto-provisioning with domain restriction, and fine-grained API tokens with per-route scope enforcement (repo:read, issues:write, admin…).
Analytics
Built-in analytics, no external vendor: a QuestDB-backed time-series store embedded in the deployment, with commit velocity, issue throughput, CI/CD reliability, platform health, login activity, push/pull traffic, an admin audit log, and configurable retention with monthly rollups.
Invites, password resets, and license warnings send via your chosen transport: a built-in SMTP server (deployer-provisioned OpenSMTPD), an external SMTP relay, or Mailgun over HTTP. Admin UI, encrypted credentials, and test-send built in.
Administration
Tools for the humans running the forge: an admin dashboard with live counts and health, user/org/repository management, CI/CD fleet provisioning and agent upgrades, a jobs page to inspect/pause/retry/delete background tasks, custom content pages, site identity, and license management with portal sync.
Localization
The entire web interface is translated into 25 languages. Alongside English: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian, Greek, Turkish, Russian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified & Traditional Chinese. Each user selects their own language and the interface follows it everywhere.
Expandable
Grow Isurus as your requirements change. Attach your own CI machines as needed — they run on your hardware at no extra cost from Leafscale. Need BSD or macOS builds? Install the available CI agent on that host and attach it to your tenant. Other expansion options will be available soon.
