Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Leafscale does not pay customers from its own account.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Leafscale subscription, request a refund within 30 days of the charge and it will be refunded in full.

This applies to every charge on a Leafscale subscription, monthly or annual, including renewals. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Request a refund through the customer portal, by emailing billing@leafscale.com, or at https://paddle.net. Include your Paddle order ID and account email.

Cards typically take 3–5 business days to show the refund after Paddle processes it.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime in the customer portal or via Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and access continues until then.

After a refund

In line with Paddle’s refund policy, access to the tenant ends when the refund is issued. You then have a 14-day export window to retrieve your data. After that window, the tenant and its data are deleted.

Statutory consumer rights

Statutory consumer rights are not waived. This policy does not limit rights under Paddle’s refund policy or the Paddle Buyer Terms.

EU/EEA/UK 14-day withdrawal rights and other country rules still apply. Where this policy and a mandatory consumer right differ, whichever is more generous to the consumer wins. Faulty or not-as-described service can still be refunded outside the 30-day window.
